Abstract

This project is an experimental which aims to study, in detail, the different ways of physical interaction between two-dimensional air jet and a surface water on horizontal plate from ejection and evaporation, test rig contains blower 5 hp, inverter 5 hp, 1x1m glass, Each layer is experimented upon inclination angel to nozzle (θ = 0o , 15 o, 30o, 45o) of the air jet (wall jet) and Nozzle 55x47x14 cm taking the findings on five different powers from the inverter (P at 10, 20, 30, 40, 50 Hz). In addition, the behavior of the air and water at three distances (12.5 cm, 25cm, 37.5 cm) from exit of the nozzle on the glass, Time and distance of air coming out of the nozzle to evaporate the surface water is obtained, this experiment in general aims to evaporate up to complete ejection and displacement of water layer.
